Coming Fall 2013: The Meadows
Construction of a new 12 unit, stick built owner occupied housing sub division will begin September 2013. Above is the initial proposed site map. There are multiple layouts, and each property will be turnkey. Prices for the homes will be listed between $150,000-$175,000. You can pre-purchase a home, allowing you to select a lot, your floor plan, and a limited number of selections from a color board. New Horizons Housing Fund
In partnership with our local banks, CEDC has created a revolving loan fund available to anyone building or renovating a single or multi-family home within the city limits of an incorporated town in Custer County. This is an one year interest free note to be used during the construction phase.
